What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

How long does it take to ship my order?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in United States, Europe, Australia & China. We will arrange shipping from the warehouse closest to your order address. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive notification with your tracking number.
Delivery time is usually 5-15 days business days (excluding public holidays)

We additionally offer support for Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Which currency will I be charged in?

What if I'm not home?
If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose.
You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.
Will I pay taxes for international shipping?
Taxes are calculated at the checkout page.
Our delivery partner will handle the clearance and will invoice you in local currency for the duties and taxes linked to your order.

- Returns
Do you accept returns?
We have a 30-day paid return policy. We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, please send us an email to see if you're eligible and have a valid reason for a return. (Digital products like ebooks and courses aren't eligible for refund).
- Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.

Request your Return Authorization Number and by emailing welcome@eleganceestatestore.com with detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
- To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
- Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are confirmed within 30 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 30 days of our services accepting your return.

Is there a warranty?
We guarantee any of our product made by us and sold through our online store to be free of defect. We would gladly accept any return or exchange request resulting from a defective item granted they respect the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery
- The return is made within 30 days of the return or exchange request
