RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a 30-day paid return policy. We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, please send us an email to see if you're eligible and have a valid reason for a return. (Digital products like ebooks and courses aren't eligible for refund).

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return.

Request your Return Authorization Number and by emailing welcome@eleganceestatestore.com with detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will receive the RA# and the address of the warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.

To assure your return please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
- Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and you'll receive a credit in our store. The credit store will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
About the order delivery confirmation
We strive to ensure that all orders are delivered accurately and on time. Once an order is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.
In such cases, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements. If you have not received your package but it has been marked as delivered:
- Please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.
- Verify the delivery address provided during checkout.
- Contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.

Non-Refundable Reasons
We strive to provide detailed and accurate product descriptions, including dimensions, specifications, and images, to help customers make informed decisions before purchasing. Therefore, refunds or returns will not be granted for the following reasons:

Size or Dimension Discrepancies: Each of our products matches the dimensions and specifications provided in the product description, refunds will not be issued for claims that the product is smaller, larger, or otherwise different in size than expected.

Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for purchases where the customer changes their mind or no longer wishes to keep the product for personal reasons.
- Subjective Preferences: Refunds will not be provided for reasons based on personal preferences, such as color, style, or fit. Each product matches the description on our website.
We encourage customers to carefully review product details and contact our support team for any clarifications before placing an order.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are ship within 10-15 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at welcome@eleganceestatestore.com
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
Can you provide me with a tracking number?
All tracking number will be emailed to the customer as soon as the tracking information becomes available.
I've entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.
We should not be responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically process orders and just follows what you supplied.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.
Invalid Reasons:

Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Elegance Estate Store. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
- Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
